More Soul Food

On May 26, I wrote a blog post, “The Mother of Soul Food”, about Edna Lewis. Harris. Very interesting. I learned a lot about food, things that we take for granted with origins we haven’t thought about.

Lewis’ second book, The Taste of Country Cooking, should be available for me at the library soon. I’m looking forward to it.
